Strangford Zero is a premium non-alcoholic spirit inspired by the pristine waters and wild landscape of Strangford Lough, County Down.

Locally foraged sea aster brings a distinctive saline-sweet character and a unique taste of the lough, while juniper berries deliver those familiar gin notes, without the alcohol.

Created by husband-and-wife team Joe and Tracey Jeffery, who live on the shores of Strangford Lough, Strangford Zero celebrates local ingredients and flavour.

Perfect Serve

Serve over plenty of ice with plain tonic, then garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of apple. A slice of grapefruit or orange also works beautifully.
