Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the quintessential expression of the Ruinart House style, crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, the Maison’s signature grape. This delicate yet complex champagne balances exceptional freshness with elegant roundness. The blend incorporates approximately 25 to 30 different Chardonnay crus, predominantly sourced from premium terroirs like the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, with 20–30% reserve wines added for depth and consistency. Following hand-harvesting and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, the result is a brilliant, pale yellow robe with slight jade reflections. The nose is intense with fresh fruit aromas, revealing notes of ripe lemon, juicy pear, and freshly picked peach. This refined champagne offers a pure and sophisticated tasting experience, best enjoyed chilled at around 8°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
