QuiQuiRiQui Espadin Mezcal

QuiQuiRiQui Espadín Mezcal is an exceptional, handcrafted spirit produced from 100% mature Espadín agave in Oaxaca, Mexico. As a single estate mezcal, it is made in small batches using time-honored traditional methods. The agave hearts are roasted underground to impart the characteristic smoky flavor, then crushed using a tahona. After wild fermentation in wooden vats, the spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills. This process results in a crystal-clear, expressive mezcal with a complex profile. The nose offers hints of char and green wood, leading to a full-bodied palate rich with earthy, smoky, and oily flavors, balanced by notes of white pepper, beeswax, and a subtle orange peel accent. Its mellow flavor makes it excellent for sipping or as an introductory mezcal in sophisticated cocktails.
