Nucano Espadin Joven Mezcal is a premium spirit handcrafted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, often referred to as the "World Capital of Mezcal." This joven (young/unaged) expression is distilled from 100% mature Agave Angustifolia (Espadin), which is traditionally cooked in earthen pits for several days, giving it its signature smoky depth. The roasted piñas are crushed by a stone tahona wheel and then fermented before being twice-distilled in copper pot stills. This meticulous process yields a pure, vibrant mezcal.
