Leblon Cachaca

Leblon Cachaça is an ultra-premium spirit distilled in Brazil, representing the "Champagne of Cane." What sets it apart is the meticulous, artisanal production process, which blends Brazilian savoir faire with French Cognac expertise. The sugar cane juice is fermented for 15 hours and triple-distilled in copper pot stills, with only the heart of the distillate used for the final product. The spirit is then matured lightly in XO French Cognac casks sourced from the Limousin region for at least six months. This unique aging imparts a smooth, clean, and silky texture, elevating the traditional cachaça profile. You'll find a light, fruity "rummy" bouquet with pleasing layers of fresh cane, subtle spice, and herbal notes. It is exceptional in the classic Caipirinha, and its complexity also allows it to shine in a variety of premium cocktails.
