Highland Park Valfather is the third and final release in the Viking Legend series, representing the final chapter of Norse mythology, focusing on Odin, the Allfather. This unique single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney is predominantly aged in refill casks, giving it a lighter, yet intensely smoky character compared to other Highland Park expressions. Bottled at 47% ABV, Valfather presents an aromatic profile rich with peat smoke, light citrus notes, and a distinctive layer of creamy vanilla and toasted cedar. The palate is characterized by the distillery's signature heather honey sweetness, balanced by pronounced aromatic peat and a long, lingering finish of dry wood smoke and spice.
