Echlinville Pot Still Gin is a truly unique spirit crafted from barley grown, harvested, and floor-malted by hand on the distillery farm in Ireland. This commitment to the field-to-glass process ensures exceptional quality and a distinctive malt character. Distilled in a pot still, this gin is infused with a complex and perfectly balanced blend of floral and citrus botanicals, including elderflower, lavender, gorse flower, roseflower, and fresh lemon, complemented by a hint of Strangford Lough sweet kelp. On the palate, you’ll find robust juniper and coriander notes layered over an initial burst of anise and lavender. The texture is sweet and smooth, leading to a creamy mouthfeel.
