Produced using traditional methods, including baking the agave hearts in earthen ovens and crushing them with a tahona, this Joven/Blanco mezcal offers a distinct, high-quality profile. The palate is characterized by a balance of sweet, dry, and lively notes, featuring green herbs, sweet agave, and vibrant fruit like lemon and apple. Bottled at 46.7% ABV, it retains the full character developed during production.
