Chanson Meursault 2022 is an exquisite expression of Burgundy Chardonnay, crafted from selected vineyard plots in the Côte de Beaune. The wine is a blend of fruit from mid-slope sites, contributing finesse and minerality, and grapes from around the village, offering richness and depth. Following a mild pressing, the wine undergoes vinification and is aged for 12 to 14 months in oak casks within the historic 15th-century Chanson cellars, utilizing a moderate proportion of new oak. This meticulous process results in a pale gold color and a refined aromatic profile.
