Auchroisk 10 Year Old Flora & Fauna is a light and pleasant Speyside single malt, renowned for its inclusion in Diageo's collector-favorite Flora and Fauna series. Distilled at Auchroisk, which was primarily built to supply malt for the J&B blend, this expression is a beautiful example of the distillery's gentle character. Aged for 10 years, this whisky presents a mild, fresh nose with notes of sweet crème anglaise, cut grass, and almond-like nuttiness. The palate is smooth, buttery, and sweet, featuring bright hints of lemon and pineapple. It finishes surprisingly dry and short, with a slight aniseed and soft green cereal quality. It is best enjoyed neat or with a small splash of water as a refined apéritif malt.
