Prunotto Moscato d'Asti is an authentic sweet sparkling white wine from the renowned Piedmont region of Italy, crafted exclusively from Moscato grapes. This DOCG-classified wine is celebrated for its low alcohol content (5.0%) and vibrant, natural character. The grapes undergo a partial fermentation process, with refermentation occurring in an autoclave (pressurized tank) to achieve its delicate, signature fizz.
