Mandrarossa Serapias Passito di Pantelleria is an exquisite expression of Italian winemaking, a golden nectar crafted from Zibibbo grapes (Muscat of Alexandria) grown on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, south of Sicily. These grapes are meticulously hand-harvested and sun-dried on mats, a traditional process that concentrates their sugars and aromas before fermentation. This Passito (straw wine) showcases an intense amber color and a complex bouquet of dried apricot, fig, honey, and candied citrus peel, underpinned by a refreshing minerality unique to its terroir.
