Fattoria Mancini Impero Blanc de Pinot Noir

Fattoria Mancini Impero Blanc de Pinot Noir is a unique and complex expression of 100% Pinot Noir from the Colli Pesaresi DOC production area in Italy. This Marche IGT wine is crafted using the white vinification method, beginning with whole-bunch pressed grapes that are cold settled. Following fermentation in the barrel at a controlled temperature, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then aged for twelve months on lees in French oak barrels (228 L) with regular stirring. This meticulous process, combined with 14.0% alcohol content and low pH, yields a wine with extraordinary complexity and longevity. The result is a highly distinctive and age-worthy white wine that showcases the unique characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape in a unique, non-traditional style.
