Initially aged in Scotland, this exceptional spirit is then shipped to the González Byass cellars where it is matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, giving it its "Outland" character. This dual-aging process results in a complex and elegantly smooth profile. The nose offers sweet malt, dried fruit, and honey, transitioning to a palate rich with raisins, vanilla, and a subtle salinity or seaside freshness.
