Jim Beam Devil's Cut is an innovative Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that stands apart through its unique extraction process. While traditional bourbon maturation sees a portion of whiskey lost to the barrel wood (known as the "Angel’s Share"), Devil's Cut is created by extracting the whiskey trapped inside the charred oak after the barrels are emptied. This extracted spirit is then blended with six-year-old Jim Beam bourbon before bottling. The result is a bourbon with a deeper, richer flavor profile and a noticeable oak intensity. On the nose, it offers robust notes of vanilla, caramel, and heavy char. The palate delivers a powerful, full-bodied experience with dark fruit, spice, and a strong, lingering oak influence.
