Union Uno Mezcal

Union Uno Mezcal is a beautifully balanced and approachable expression of Oaxaca's ancestral spirit, crafted by a cooperative of mezcaleros. This commitment to traditional methods ensures a genuine and high-quality product. Made from 100% Espadín agave, the hearts are slow-roasted in earthen pits, crushed by a stone tahona, and naturally fermented before being double-distilled in copper stills. The resulting spirit offers a gentle, inviting smoky signature, perfectly complementing its complex palate of fresh citrus, subtle sweet fruit, and underlying mineral earthiness. It is bottled joven (unaged) to showcase the pure, vibrant flavor of the agave. This mezcal is exceptionally smooth, making it ideal for both sipping neat or as a sophisticated base for classic smoky cocktails.
