Creyente Mezcal

Creyente Mezcal is an exceptional blend of two distinct Oaxacan agave spirits, combining expressions from the Tlacolula and Yautepec regions to create a complex and inviting profile. This mezcal is crafted using 100% Espadín agave, which is traditionally slow-roasted in earthen ovens, crushed by a tahona mill, and double-distilled in copper stills. This meticulous process imparts a delicate balance between smoke and sweetness. The nose offers bright herbal notes, ripe fruit, and a hint of vanilla, leading to a palate rich with earthy flavors, roasted agave, and a distinctive, lingering smoky finish.
