Banhez Cuishe Mezcal is a distinctive, artisanal spirit produced in limited quantities by the Banhez Mezcal co-op in Oaxaca, Mexico. Crafted from 100% wild Cuishe agave (Agave Karwinskii) by local mezcaleros like Luis and Donaciano Pacheco, this Joven mezcal is made using centuries-old traditions. The Cuishe agave imparts a complex and highly prized flavor profile. It is renowned for being an exceptionally easy sipping mezcal, offering bright tropical fruitiness, a delightful acidic dryness, and prominent herbaceous notes. It is fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in traditional copper pots, then bottled at 47% ABV.
