Pampelle Liqueur

Pampelle Grapefruit Aperitif is the world's first Ruby Red Grapefruit liqueur, an artisanal spirit crafted on the French island of Corsica. It perfectly captures the bittersweet essence of Star Ruby Red Grapefruits, which are hand-picked along the Mediterranean coastline. These grapefruits are split, macerated, and pressed before being distilled in copper stills. The distillate is then blended with natural botanicals, Cinchona bark quinine, and Eau de Vie distilled from grapes. This versatile liqueur is naturally lower in sugar and bottled at 15% ABV. It delivers a bright, complex flavor profile that balances vibrant citrus zest with a subtle bitterness and clean finish.
